WORKSHOPS, EDUCATION, AND CLINICAL SUPERVISION FOR THERAPISTS, EDUCATORS & COMMUNITY LEADERS
Where Knowledge Meets Practice
Supporting the People Who Hold Space for Others
Creating thoughtful, trauma-informed spaces begins with how we understand ourselves, relate to others, and show up in the work we do.
Solstice offers workshops, professional education, clinical consultation, and supervision for therapists, educators, facilitators, and community leaders who want to deepen their understanding of attachment, trauma, nervous system regulation, embodiment, and relational practice.
Our work brings psychological knowledge into conversation with embodied awareness, relational wisdom, ethics, cultural humility, and lived experience. Whether through professional learning, collaborative case consultation, or ongoing clinical supervision, the intention is to create space for reflection, strengthen clinical confidence, and support thoughtful, responsive practice.
Because meaningful professional growth isn't just about learning new concepts. It's about developing the self-awareness, discernment, and relational capacity to bring that learning into the spaces we hold.

Education That Bridges Psychology & Practice
At Solstice, we believe meaningful learning goes beyond understanding a concept. It happens when we can recognize it in ourselves, our relationships, and the spaces we create for others.
Our workshops, training, and clinical supervision connect psychological theory with real-world practice, exploring how attachment, trauma, nervous-system regulation, embodiment, relationships, and emotional processes show up in therapy rooms, classrooms, groups, organizations, and communities.
Janice brings more than fifteen years of experience across psychotherapy, clinical supervision, post-secondary teaching, yoga and meditation, breathwork, and workshop facilitation. Her approach is trauma-informed, relational, embodied, and grounded in ethical practice, while making space for curiosity, reflection, meaning, connection, and the lived experience of learning.
Trainings can be tailored to your group's needs, experience, and context, whether you're looking for professional development, clinical education, consultation, or a more experiential learning experience.
