What we Offer

Using an attachment and trauma-informed framework, we work with children and families experiencing a range of challenges including: adoption/fostering, emotional and/or behavioural challenges, separation and divorce, anxiety, anger, ADHD, school difficulties, social difficulties, ASD, and parent-child conflict.

Using an attachment and emotion-focused framework, we work with couples in all kinds of relationship arrangements to address issues of disconnection, communication, sex and intimacy, infidelity, and co-parenting.

We draw from a diverse spectrum of modalities and practices, that target the WHOLE person--physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

How it Works...

Our collective therapeutic approach rests on the conviction that we are all doing the best we can in any given moment with the tools and resources we have access to. Utilizing a collaborative, strength-based, anti-oppressive, approach, we support individuals to tap into the skills and resources they already possess, which have become compromised by varying shades of social, emotional, mental or spiritual challenges.

We provide a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space to facilitate a supportive and reflective conversation through which you can begin to (re)-connect with your most authentic self and perhaps begin to think about things in a different way.

We incorporate integrative mind-body approaches when appropriate, including yoga, mindfulness, and EFT-Emotional Freedom technique, otherwise known as "Tapping” to help calm the stress response and enable you to access more helpful thought patterns and mindful ways of responding.

Your Next Steps

1. After completing our contact form, we will do our very best to get back to you within 48 hours. We may ask for a little more information to help guide us in choosing the best practitioner/service for you. 
 

2. The practitioner that you choose will then connect with you for an initial complimentary consultation (about 10-15 minutes), where you and they will determine if you are a good fit to work together.
 

3.  If, after that call, it is decided that it feels like a good fit for all parties, they will schedule your first session.

 

There is never any pressure to continue on or to partake in a certain number of sessions. We are respectful of varying time and financial constraints, as well as the fact that fit is very important, and there is no obligation to continue meeting with someone who does not feel like the best fit for you.
